Teresa Quinn - Director
Teresa set up The Recruitment Company 8 years ago after working for 5 years for a National Recruitment Company. She has developed The Recruitment Company from employing 2 staff based in a small office to now employing 10 staff based in a prominent shop front location in Coleshill. Teresa started The Recruitment Company to specialize in office temporary and permanent work but successfully developed the Industrial sector after 2 years. Her business is now the major Agency Recruiter for companies in and around the Coleshill area.
INDUSTRIAL / CATERING RECRUITMENT DIVISION

Penny Sheward - Head of Industrial / Catering Recruitment
Penny has an extensive amount of HR and Recruitment experience and rejoined The Recruitment Company in January 2007. Using her experiences Penny has built up excellent relationships with clients over the years giving her the ability to match the right candidates to the Clients requirements. Now heading up the expanding Industrial and Catering Division specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment Penny uses her knowledge of various industries and the local area to service clients to the required standard.
Kate Lacey – Catering Recruitment Consultant
Since Kate joined The Recruitment Company is April 2007 as an Administrator / Receptionist she has gained an extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry. Kate has supported all divisions within the company and thus gained experience of various roles within these divisions and skill sets associated with these roles.
Kate was promoted into the position of Recruitment Consultant within the Catering Division in January 2008 and is looking forward to using her skills and experience to help candidates and to service client’s requirements.
Tom Lane – Receptionist / Administrator
Tom commenced work with the Recruitment Company in November 2007 working on a temporary basis providing support to the Industrial / Catering division. Tom has experience in customer services, retail sales and construction and uses his people skills to register candidates and support Consultants when matching candidates to suitable roles.
COMMERCIAL RECRUITMENT DIVISION

Joy Williams - Head of Commercial Recruitment
With over 20 year recruitment experience Joy heads up our expanding commercial division - specialising in the provision of both temporary and permanent personnel across all business sectors.
Joys has consulted with and recruited for a variety of companies from new set ups to large blue chip organisations - she possesses a high level of business acumen and is familiar with a broad range of trading regulations as well as the need for compliance with varying legislation including health and safety and employment law.
Joys extensive local knowledge and long-term client and candidate relationships - provide an excellent insight to the local recruitment market - a great brain to pick!
Jill O’Rourke - Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Jill has worked for The Recruitment Company for 3 years as a Consultant. During that time she has worked in all divisions – Industrial, Commercial and Permanent. Jill began her career in Recruitment 12 years ago, holding a variety of roles including Branch Manager with a High Street Agency. She has worked in Birmingham City Centre, Solihull as well as Coleshill so is very familiar with local companies and their requirements.
Jenny Wilson - Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Jenny has worked for The Recruitment Company for 2 years as a Consultant working predominantly in the commercial Temporary and Permanent sectors. She has been in Recruitment for 15 years working mainly in Birmingham City Centre for a national company. Jenny has experience managing high volume contracts as well as permanent positions. Whilst working in the City Jenny held the Branch Manager position for 7 years.
Yvonne Shew - Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Yvonne has joined us in line with our commercial division expansion plan and the opening of our dedicated commercial office - she has excellent commercial experience gained whilst working for the Solihull branch of a national recruitment agency. Yvonne has specialised in recruiting for office administration support roles including sales, customer service, secretarial and more recently accounts and executive level postions - making her a real assett to our growing and diverse team.
Tracey Dicken - Recruitment Consultant
Tracey works with both our Commercial and Industrial offices on special projects of a recruitment and sales nature - she has over five years recruitment experience and a wealth of competency based interviewing skills - Tracey owns and runs her own dance school in Aldridge and works with us whenever we are in need of her expertise! She has previously worked for 2 other High Street recruitment agencies and has a experience of bulk contract and general A-Z recruitment.
Peter Sheward - Administrator
Peter has worked for The Recruitment Company for 5 years. In the past Peter has worked front of house on a full time basis but is currently working part time as he is 2 years into a drama degree course. Peter conducts in depth interviews and registers candidates who are looking for work. He is well known by many of our clients as during his time here he has worked on both Industrial and Commercial sectors, visiting many clients in order to introduce our temporary workers.
Sue Morgan - Payroll Administrator
Sue has recently joined The Recruitment Company after working for many years within the finance and commercial sectors. During the summer last year she spent a few weeks working front of house, which has given her an understanding of the Recruitment Company ethos and a knowledge of the client base. Sue is bringing extensive knowledge and experience with her, which will be utilised within her role as Payroll Administrator.
